Web site speed or shoudl I say slow?

Has anyone else found accessing the site to-day very very slow?

Hi John - access to the site was OK, the slow part is when posting onto the forum it appears to take ages between hitting the submit button and the actual completion of the posting - coal fired computers in Wales maybe and I have not yet got a full head of steam up yet.
