Wheel came off my wastemaster- 7 years old out 150 nights a year. I diagnosed that the spring nipple had rusted through. Temporary repair with a clothes peg. Phoned maker explained. Guy was keen to ensure i knew what I was doing. The following day the part arrived. Well done!
 
I received a set of screw caps for my Waterhog by return post and FOC. Also Reich UK sent me the small blue/red plastic insert for the front of the kitchen tap, again on receipt of a photo and FOC. I think most of the accessory suppliers are conscious of the need to foster good customer relations, "well done " to all of them.
