I've not been to this caravan site but have been to Scarborough lots of time - only about 30 miles from where I live. There should be plenty to see and do for you and the boys.

Hi Joe, we went to West Ayton a couple of years ago. It is quite a large site with two tiolet blocks. There is a large field for the dogs and another large field for the children to play, with a games room as well. TV reception was a bit iffy depending on pitch. There is loads to see and do in the area. It is somewhere we would quite happily go back to.

We stopped on the site about 3 years ago with 3 children aged 3,4,5, we liked the site, I seem to remember the site had a play area. We would go back again. Scarborough area has lots to do.

Joe, Never been to this site but have visited Scarbrough. Wondered how a Playstation mad/t.v. addicted grandson would take to the slightly old fashioned resort. Ended up the donkey rides were favourite - he wanted to bring one home with us !

You have been warned.

We stayed there for 10 days last June at the time the bad storm struck the area. We had no problems at all apart from a general area power failure due to the storm. There is a games room and a larg playing field but nothing on it. The Dennison Armson Main St serve the biggest meals around at a reasonable price so if you visit, don't be tempted with starters and sweets, you won't finish them. Serves a good pint also and is just a ten minute walk from the site. The site is the usual CC high standard and is very handy for visiting the coast and National Park. Try Goathland where Heartbeat is filmed.
