has anyone been on the touring site here?, if so whats it like?.i still cant deceide were to go, cornwall, dorset or norfolk.

Jo-anne, The site is ex Haven, (fairly small for them), with the normal type facilities e.g. bar, entertainment room and quite a good indoor swimming pool. The site is right on the quay at West Bay, you can't get much further as the coast road stops there. The site has got a large number of statics, the touring field is on the inward side of the site and is terraced, and the toilets etc are adequate with no problems.

I live in Dorset and have used the site a number of times, but always in late season, so can't say what the site is like in high season but I guess very busy.

cheers ray, i just dont know what to do.we live in coventry bought a new van in oct 2005.ant deceide were to go, dorset, cornwall, norfolk or devon, help.cornwall is going to be about a 5-6 hour drive with the van 2 kids and the dog.i like norfolk about an hours drive.my partner has been to sandford on a scooter rally he says its nice but he didnt see much.so i just dont know were to go that why im asking about a lot of sites.im not mad for entertainment a pitch and put would be nice.help
