Whale aquasource

Hi all,

Just changed our van from a Sprite Alpine 2 which had a Whale water inlet, to a Swift Coastline which has a Truma water inlet.

Question is does any one know if it is possible to get an adaptor for our Aquasource mains water kit to fit the Truma inlet.

The Whale kit had a Cristal adaptor with it but this does not fit the Truma inlet connection on the van. I don't want to have to buy a complete new Truma mains kit (if there is such a thing)if possible as they are not exactly cheap.

Is it the new truma one? If it is then Whale have no adaptor for it, I actually emailed Whale via their website to find out about this and they couldn't give me any information as to when or if they will produce an adaptor. However, I believe they will eventually do one as new caravans seem to be going for the new truma.

We are on a fully serviced pitch and have a hose connected to the tap from which we fill up the aquaroll because we did not want to have to purchase new kit.

This is the reply I got from Whale:

"Unfortunately we do not have an adaptor for the new Truma inlet system

YET!!!. I also have to apologise as I cannot confirm whether we are

currently developing a compatible system at this time. Keep asking

though!!"
