Hi
My heater is blowing cold air on electric but warm air on gas and warmer still on gas and electric combined.
It us 18 months old, any suggestions please to help us keep warm!!!!!!!!

When you say "electric," I assume you mean mains hook up. There should be trip switches for the various 230v circuits, very close to where your mains cable plugs in.
Is all your other 230v equipment working ok?
