Whale i van heater problem

Hi

We have a Pegasus gt65 with the I van system, when I turn the heater on it will come in for a couple of minutes then I get a message to Clear / open vents, try again after 10 minutes.
I have checked all the vents and can't find any blockages and all the vents are open,

Can anyone please give me some advice, it's booked in for a service and to look further into this but earliest i could get was the end of August

This may have nothing to do with it, but if you have a whale system, and there is a strong wind blowing directly at the external vent on the offside, the system does not like it and shuts down. If you are pitched so that this could be happening see if you can put something in the way ( like your car). Then press the reset button on the whale heater.

That's for your reply
the van is on our driveway, there's not been a great deal of wind , rain yes, wind not so much,

Where would I find the reset button on the whale heater?

On ours it was under the front offside bench on the whale equipment under there. There were two red buttons, one for the water heater, one for the space heater. Have a Google, we don’t have that van anymore and memory is a bit vague.
good luck
