Whale ivan water heater not working on gas or electric

Gas supply is good, electrical supply is good. Water supply is good. 12 volt fuse is good, I have 240v supply to the heater. I have reset the red button. On the unit. I have switch off the HMI master switch for more than 20 seconds .

Hi mel tried that, to no avail. I contacted whale technical help ,and explained the situation. They seem to think I have 2 separate issues one with the gas and one with the electric, I am a bit sceptical about that. 2 faults at the same time?. I think one fault is common to both . Maybe locking out the gas . From the electric side. I am going to check all the connections on the 240 volt side and the 12 volt side. Keep you posted.
