Whale mains connector leak

Hi forum,
1st trip of the year, out trying everything after a couple of months stored.
Have found our Whale mains water connector is leaking. I’ve checked it for cracks, worn seals, loose screws, etc. and all seems fine.
I’ve tried our Whale tank-submersible pump and that’s working with no leak.

Anyone have any experience of this?
The connector is only 10months old so a little annoyed it’s causing issues.

Is it possible that a seal could have failed inside it, even if it looks ok?

Assuming the pipe itself is ok it is possible one of the o rings has been damaged. Try replacing them as first line of defence

Thanks guys.
Problem diagnosed now we’re home, there’s an o-ring that’s slipped out of the pressure regulator inside the connector. Checking with whale if I can repair it or replace the regulator.

Final update; Whale were brilliant. Dispatched a replacement pressure regulator free of charge.
Replaced that and now sat on-site with no dripping water. Happy days!
