Whale water filter

I have just changed the water filter, the one that drops into the Aquaroll - but it now floats on top of the water & will not pick up water.

Any ideas please?

never heard that before

is the aquaroll full most people use a container to put the water in this usually forces the pump/filter down correctly

Try shaking it around to get rid of the air bubbles in it. I had this problem every time I set up so I split a piece of 22mm copper water pipe length ways and slid it over the plastic pipe as a weight. No problems now.
