Whale water heater help

Hi all i hope some one can help
I have a Bailey Pegasus bologna gt65 2014 with a Whale water heater Model WI0802(B)
My boiler does not heat the water.
The panel and heater are communicating, but does not heat, not on elec and not on gas, the temp stays on 0 .
The blue light in the heater is on solid, and not flickering like it used to do when it was working okay.
The space heater is working okay.

I have done reset from the panel
The heater itself does not have the red reset button

Just asking for knowlege or ideas
 
I am probably of little use, but are you absolutely positive that the water heater doesn’t have a reset button. My only experience with a Whale system was that there was a reset button on the space heater and another on the water heater. Both of which were flipping difficult to find.
This is probably of no help but it is all I have got. Hope you get it sorted
