Whale water pump

Hopefully someone can help me out with a water issue, I've filled my water tub up this morning and reconected the Whale pump, the pump is working when I turn the taps on but the water is going everywhere on the outside of the caravan and not pumping into the water system. I have an Elddis 2002.
 
You probably have the original 'crystal' type connector? Are the two securing tabs BOTH fully latched over the plug in connector? Also check/replace the 'O' ring , and check the connector itself for any cracks. (Replacement connectors are available on Ebay, but absurdly expensive).

EDIT: The 'O'-ring size for that connector is 15.6 (ID) x 2.4mm. (Don't pay a rip-off price at a caravan outlet!).

Thanks for the reply, I managed to fix the pump there are two securing screws on the connector the pipe had come away from the housing I just pushed the pipe back in and all is working again.
