Whale water system on Bailey Senator 2000

Hi Guys- ok I've looked online and I've read the manuals that came with my caravan which are next to useless but can't figure out how to work this water system. ( I had a trauma in my previous caravan simple just plug and go !)
If I fill the tank on board I can't get the taps to work when I put the switch to low setting but not on run. I can get the hot water to work on low too but I can't get the system to work with my aqua roll no matter what I do and the motor seems to run indefinitely inside when the system is on low.
I have taken pictures of the system under the seats and switch by fuses but can't seem to attach!
Any help would be great as eventually I'd like to be able to use the onboard shower!
Thanks again guys. 🙂

Do you have the Whale Sureflo on board pump by the Truma hot water tank / heater?
Do you have two " three way" valves near the pump?
The three way taps are easily removed so you can inspect them and see if they open and close correctly.
On my master switch board the pump switch has three positions.
1.Pump rum
2.off
3.pump fill.
Do you have these?

Hi thanks for the reply the 3 options on the switch are run (or rum) off and low nothing else and i dont see and handles by tank just a pressure switch. It's so confusing!
Thanks again Sam
