Nice to see Whale have joined the forum and answering queries on Technical queries.
If only other manufacturers and suppliers would join rather than the few who have
 
I was talking to a couple of reps for the whale place as they came over from Ireland for the weekend rally at the caravan club in May, great lads to talk to and had loads on their stalls.
 
Whale have always been the very best when it comes to trying to sort out problems.
A phone call is all that is required to get to speak to a person who is very helpful and will try his or her best to help.

It is a pity other manufacturers are not the same.
