What a glorious time

Well, we managed to get away from this weather. Our new Alko was brilliant! except for one thing the constant banging. Will post in different place though. Going past lorries was a dream

We only had one morning of light rain, it was clear blue sky all the time, I had actually forgot what the sky looks like.

It's been a few years since we had weather this good in France.

Will start posting my problems now.

Like you we have just had our best weather for a few years in France. Helps us when people ask why do you keep going back to France. Surprise of our trip was what a lovely city Le Mans is. We called on our way back.

Well here in Suffolk, England we have had a wonderful summer plenty of sun, hot weather and clear blue skys. Only a few showers since returning from wonderful weather in Southern Austria and Germany in the middle of June.

Sorry to hear it has not been the same weather where you are, as we have had here in Suffolk, but it is noted to be the sunniest and driest part of the country. We have a stream outside our house which has been dry since mid June when we got back from Europe. If we get a fair amount of rain it has water flowing in it to the Mill Pond. The water that falls onto the A11 trunk road, duall carriageway outside the house runs into it but it is still bone dry.
