What are these called?

Not a clue, could you tell us what function they have been performing?
 
They are used to secure panels to floor/walls etc. The round part sits into a circular recess and a screw then passes through it to secure it to it's adjacent panel. I've used loads over the years but struggling to think what they're called!
 
I think you are seeking ‘caravan cabinet connectors’ and most seen to be
‘Gedotec’ manufactured (Amazon and eBay etc) that fit the circular hole in the cabinet but the cover isn’t the full circle. From the same search Prima Leisure have the circular type in a variety of colours so that may be your best source.
