Your tips/ on how you clean your micro wave?? When packing up, Swmbo puts a cup of water inside and boils it to a thrazzle, then wipes the M W out, surprising how clean it is after.

It's a quite rare event for us even at home. Tends to get done when something spurts around through me not reading cooking instructions. Warm water and wet cloth then sorts it out.

At home we haven’t had a microwave for 20 years as it’s something that the only thing we ever used it for was jacket potato so got rid of it and haven’t missed it, when we bought current caravan it came with the microwave and we haven’t got round to using it so far, if we decided to have a jacket on the caravan we’d probably start them in it with the oven not as hot as at home, I remember back in the days we did have one we did the same as above, jug of water till it makes everything easy to just wipe out.

We wipe the microwave out every time we use it - caravan installations are notoriously poor on ventilation so moisture is plentiful!

Washing up liquid and water is all we use, If you get a stain or splatter then you might need something stronger. The cooking process will kill off any bugs in there so no need to worry about them.
