Has it just popped out for no apparent reason? It might be possible to try careful levering it back using plastic bike tyre levers, or plastic/wood spatulas or door card removers

It's usually due to shrinkage and it's lost pliability, although a tool is available to ease the replacement of the insert I found it fairly easy to replace due to the pliability of the new insert, usually sold by the metre, mine was 25mm I think there are other widths (grey white and black)

One of mine did this last year.
I opened the window and sprayed a bit of silicone spray on the runner then gently pushed it back in with a spatula and it is still in place.

I believe gentle heating with a hairdryer has helped get it back into place. From what I have read; it is not uncommon and the hairdryer approach, while initially successful is not always a long term solution

It may shrink again,I reckon the sun damages them, I've seen a ripple effect especially on the corners,it usually will be found to be brittle when it's deteriorated to such an extent.
