What do users suggest for wall covering, its for the bathroom although shower is seperatly enclosed and probably wont be used anyway. Vinyl paper or another washable paper ? Should i pva the orginal covering or peel the covering off which leaves the backing paper to paper to ? and what paste would i use. many thanks all

Thankyou Damian, that site may come in very useful

As i have already repaired the affected area with 3.6mm ply i was going to cover the ply and the other wall with a suitable covering. ?

When I re-built our previous van, I just did a quick search on Ebay for Vinyl wallpaper and chose one that looked about right. The match was fantastic!

I applied an initial coat of PVA and let it dry, then covered again and laid the paper on.

Thanks adam

I covered the ply boards with pva and let dry before fitting, I have since covered with lining paper using pva glue ready for when I see a vinyl that suits or I like.

Very well done, that is a great job you have done and looks brilliant.
I know a few manufacturers who could benefit from your attention to detail !!!!!
