Twenty Ten or Two Thousand and Ten ???

Its probably twenty ten. using the same convention as Nineteen ninetynine for 1999 rather than One thousand nine hundred and ninety nine or for 1066 we used ten sixty-six rather than Ten thousand and sixty six
