What's this on the roof

I am new to motorhomes and have brought a Swift Royale 610 lux 1994, i'm sorry if this is a silly question but.... on the roof is a raised square metal frame with no base (just the support legs fixing it to the roof) i think it may be some sort of roof rack - do i need to buy roof bars to clip on to the square frame, if so which type of bars do i need to buy? and where can i get them from ?.
The motorhome has an overcab bed with a front window, i need to buy new rubber seal for the window - is the rubber seal a standard size? or is it a case of take the window out and take the old seal with me ?.
Where's the best place to buy the seal from i live in Birmingham, West Midlands.

The rails on the roof, are they around the rear of the roof, (like this - http://www.becksmotorhomes.com/vehicle/1994-swift-royale-610-lux/) if so they can form the base of a rack & you will need cross rails or you can fit a roof box within (as the picture)

For the window seal CAK Tanks at Kennilworth, I think may be your nearest source & are worth a try or Swift Talk www.swift-talk.co.uk could be productive.

Thanks for replying to my questions, I have had a look at the link you included and yes that's the same as my frame. I'm interested in the cross rails any idea's were to get them from?.
I will try CAK at kenilworth for the window seal.
