Wheel arch leak

Hi

My Bailey Pegasus 2 has a hole in the cover over wheel arch.

The plastic is flimsy and seems to have sagged in the middle.

What is the best way to repair this?

Thanks

I hope I am wrong, but.....

Looking at it, it appears that the tyre has rubbed through the wheel arch cover.

If so then you have a far more serious issue, the rubber in the suspension has compressed too much.
There is NO easy cure for that, you will need a replacement/refurbished axle!!

Sadly It's not an unknown issue, a Quick Google search for "Alko axle collapse" will provide loads of info.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, and I really hope I am wrong.,

Thanks for the reply. Yes the tyre rubbed through it. How can I check the suspension rubber? Could it have been due to over loading?

There is about 20mm clearance between tyre and plastic surround, but the plastic isn't solid, it's soft and dropping towards tyre.
