Wheel fell off my Knaus

I have a 2004 Knaus. Sadly I lost a wheel, the nuts were torqued to the Alko specs but I should have double checked them when we stopped. We lost the wheel and there was relatively little damage. I am insured thank god with the CIS.

The damage was light, but the caravan was recovered and due to the angle of the truck the rear lights and panel was damaged.

I am struggling to find anyone to repair it in the Herts area can anyone suggest a company?

dont know about repairer but CIS are excellent at dealing with the claim. We had some wind damage and had assessor out he dealt with everything well and authorised repairs next day.Said repairer had underestimated cost of decals and revised price with them to make sure there were no hiccups. They might have a repairer they can recomend

I have finally found a local company MG Caravan Service and Repair who sound like they will do a good job.

I agree CIS are excellent. The company is going to repair the wheel drum and tow it to their garage for repairs.
