When did you last check the dates on your CO & Smoke alarm ??

Just out of curiosity, have you checked the date of manufacture on your CO / Smoke alarms ????
Just checked my CO one, as we are away next week.
Got a awful shock as the date of manufacture was 17/04/2007 ....
With a recommended replacement of FIVE years......
Yep did the sums it is SIX years old

New one ordered & on it's way

Smoke alarm says replace by 2019 .....

Checked in March both okay for another year. Also checked propane hose date and tyres too.
