Decided very last minute to go away this bank holiday weekend. Only wanted to travel 1 hours drive away to avoid queues, etc, and GUESS WHAT - everywhere within range is fully booked, sob. So, as the rest of the caravanning world will be on their travels this weekend, where are you going to??

PS, It makes me so mad that some sites insist on a minimum of 3 nights booking on a bank holiday weekend - some of us have to work Friday nights you know!

HI,

We're off to the CC Sandringham site. We couldn't get in on either Friday or Saturday, but there was 'a pitch' available on Sunday which we booked for the rest of the week. I think the moral is to book early for popular CC sites!
