I'd have like to have thought that Plotter meant the other forum which is associated with this website:

I have a feeling that he actually meant Gary's forum though.

Hi guys, (and gals, of course) we aare so used to web connections being there 24/24 that it comes as a surprise when they are not.

PCV has it's problems but in the scheme of things is not exactly premier league anyway. Recently Googlemail with reputedly 247 Million subscribers went down for several hours. Imagine Mr Editor Donnely with that number of subcribers - he would certainly be Ed of the year !

If at first you don't etc. etc. try again later. Also many of us depend upon BT for all or some of our connection....
