Answers on a postcard please....to Nigel Donnelly PC Mag!

Nigel, as you can see my post is a bit tongue in cheek, but really it's getting beyond a joke that I don't get my subscription copy untill 2 or 3 days AFTER it appears in the local paper shops

We've looked into this for you at every stage, with our printers and our mailing house and all are reporting that there have no been no problems. Clearly some of you do seem to have had a delay and as subscribers you should always receive the magazine before it reaches the newsstand. If any of you would mind getting in contact with your name, address and subscriber number, we can look at your individual cases. I am sorry that you've had to wait a bit longer, but hope we can sort it out for you in future.

My email address is andrew.golby@haymarket.com

All the best
