Would anyone else care to have a pop at me tonight?

The "big" thread only appears to be for the select few who are invited, I made a big mistake of asking a simple question on there tonight and got my head chopped off.

Feel free to jump on the bandwagon and have a go at me - I'm a big girl - I can take it!!

You aint that big Lolly ;O)

Sorry it's taken a while to reply but I had a look in the big thread and the lift broke and I had to walk up the stairs ;O)

No offence to the posters but I stopped reading it a while back as it wasn't my cup of tea but they all seem to be having fun so carry on .

I'm just a bit worried that if they keep on tunnelling down into the depths of the Forum they might find some thing of great value like the meaning of life or Lol's wallet.

Typical - a break away fraction. No wander British industry is like it is - start a new and sucessful business and before you know it some elements break away and leave the rest to fend for themselves. Where is the GREAT of GREAT BRITAIN? I suppose those who have broken away to this topic have sold out their shares to eastern block/asain companies just like all the major manufacturing companies we once had.

I don't want to be a party-pooper, but could I remind users:

General - Express your views and let off steam about general caravanning issues

Chit-Chat - For non-caravan issues: jokes, trivia, gossip.

A place for everything and everything in its place, please.

Yes, I did notice! I let that one go, without comment, not wanting to be too fussy, and look where it ended up!

Hence the request for order that I placed in this thread.

I could always delete the Overweight thread ........

Ducks under the parapet.

Thank the lord you commented on that Colin, I was going to but would be classed as a trouble maker again. Seems it's one rule for one and one rule for someone else doesn't it!

Yes please, delete it. I am somewhat upset over the comments made to myself.

Lolly

I've edited out some inappropriate comments.

As for deleting the whole Overweight thread! Not sure I'm brave enough to face the kind of flack that would result.

As long as there are no more off-topic posts in General, and the Overweight thread stays light-hearted it may as well stay.

I must sympathise and agree with Lolly - there is no call what so ever for contributers to get personal on this or any other forum. If they have no good to say about another contributer than shut up and say nothing at all. Light hearted banter as I have exchanged with the likes of Lord B. and Liz (cornwall) I think is acceptable but when it becomes serious there is no need for it. We are all experiencing the same enjoyment from caravanning so why not let that enjoyful experience spread on to this forum.
