As an IFA myself I can recommend them as I have my own 4x4 insured thro' them as get a specialist policy that covers me for all that I do as I have to go off-road a fair bit.
However like most brokers they offer a monthly payment scheme that is a RIP OFF in my view. It is loan - not staggered payments and the APR as about 26% and even if you have to stop being insured under the policy ( car stolen or whatever) you still have to pay the monthly repayments.
So consider NFU who can set up the policy over the phone and offer a true staggered payment scheme for just a few
We are insured with Adrian Flux. Paid infull so don't know about the charges. They were one of the cheapest and although our van is in locked storage lots of the other companies were insisiting on loads of security which we didn't want. We have the wheel clamp and hitch lock and it is locked away and they were happy with that. Haven't had to claim though and that is always the test for a good insurance company. Denise
We used to be with NFU,but then found out that they would not cover awning damage unless the caravan was also damaged. This we found totally unacceptable,so changed to a different company.

We are with the CIS (coop) and have made 2 claims in the last 15 years. They have been great and both claims were settled quickly. One claim was for vermin damage which they paid for with no questions asked. The CC club and many other insurance companies do not cover for vermin damage, so I was pleased that I was with the CIS.
