I've not been on a club site for many years - but I thought they were push to connect, twist to disconnect?

Some of then are,I think the newer ones are just straight sockets (no twist to connect/disconnect)

So it’s his battery and /or the on board charger? Sounds reasonable.

If the battery is knackered, electrolite levels correct, wont hold a charge, its had it
