Why is it whenever i click on the Enter Here link all i get Access denied

am i not allowed to enter the competition, i know i entered for the first draw and was under the impression you can enter as many times as you like i guess within reason.
as this is the second time i am trying to enter is there something i am doing wrong?
Probably wont win anyway but worth a try as we would love a new van especially if it had a fixed bed instead of having the upheaval of making a bed up every night, maybe i will have more chance of winning the lottery on second thoughts maybe not
