Winterhoff or alko 3004 stabiliser

They are both the same, there is nothing to choose between them.
They do the same job, the only difference was that the Winterhoff only had one lever whereas the Al-Ko had two.

ALko is marginally easy to apply but you soon get the knack of the Winterhof. I bekieve replacment pads for Alko may be cheaper too.
Neither of this is a big issue; correctly used both do a good job.

Both do the same job end equally well, I used to find that the Winterhof easier to use but that was when alko was more awkward now nothing between them.

we have a Winterhoff stabiliser on our van. Easier to apply than alko and it used to be said that there was less risk of you thinking it was coupled when it wasn't. However it can be difficult to uncouple if the hitch and tow are not straight and level. Other Winterhoff users have reported similar.
