Hi we are looking for a dog friendly site about one hours drive from Liverpool - we usually go to the Cotton Arms in Wrenbury but they're full this weekend help !!!!
 
Try the CC club site at Wirral Country Park, Thurstaston. Overlooks the Dee estuary, great dog walking on the beach. 25 mins to liverpool via the M53 & Wallasey tunnel. You can also get the train from West Kirby 5mins away (train 20 mins)
 
We live in Wigan and go regular to Abbey Farm in Ormskirk,its only 45 mins away for us but feels a million miles away,it is nice abd quite+dogs are aloud.Ta Andrew.
 
We stayed a couple of nights on Elm Cottage, Windsford, didn't have time to see much of the area except Delamere forest, which was good for dog walking. This site has a large dog area & decent pub down the road. The owners were friendly & helpful.
