Make sure it's level - if you don't have a wee spirit level use a bottle with some fluid in it.

Make sure it's level - not just back to front - but sideways too.

Once all the legs are down we usually go round and give it a 'shake' by trying to move the van [ so to speak] by pushing the handles back and forward. If there is any movement the adjust the leg concerned.

OH and something else useful - make sure you have ' Big Feet ' os similar - helps to spread that load at the feet so they don't 'bite' into the ground.

Add to what Angela has said - do a shake test about every other day. The feet will settle down into grass or gravel usually unevenly and need half a trun or so on the winder from time to time.

The big Feet pads help a lot, but pieces of wood work nearly as well, but you have to pick them up wet and muddy (assuming UK holidays) whereas the big feet stay on the leg.
