The OH has won a prize in a raffle, an envelope from a 5 star hotel. The envelope contains 2 vouchers, one for B&B and the other for dinner for 2. The dinner voucher itself is for a 3-course gastronomic delight set meal valued at £130, excluding beverages. What's wrong with sausage and mash? Haven't worked out the price of the room yet, but the more you pay the bigger the bed, so what's happened to an intimate night when you're several feet apart? I hope it's got free wifi in the price so I can stay on the forum and that I can park the caravan in their car park. ;)

OK clever clogs, for 'price/cost' read 'value'. :p

Voucher is for: Superior double room, full breakfast and use of health club facilities. It doesn't say if 'use' of the health club facilities is to be paid for or not.

Find out when you arrive if you have to pay for the health club facilities, if so ask them for the bangers and mash and transfer the difference to pay for the health suit

Thank you for your kind offer, however on the face of it one has to try anything once so I think I will be pampered. B)

Witnessed totally disgusting behaviour on the beach yesterday, man & woman arguing in front of the kids then she smacked him on the head and it all kicked off between them, the police turned up and the policeman ended up using his baton on the bloke but the man actually managed to get the baton off the copper and started hitting the copper and the woman with it.
Then a crocodile turned up and stole the sausages .....

my mis-endevour when we last left the van was to leave a packet of frozen peas in the freezer compartment of the fridge...they have been there for 10 days now

Luckily the daughter is going down tomorrow for the weekend, so I have delegated and asked her to remove them ;) ;)
Wonder what colour they will be???

Just got home, early hours on Thursday Morning from Switzerland, van going in for service Monday, thought, lets go off to Peep in Addebury, afterwards, SWMBO points out French language classes tuesday late. And 2 bedrooms need decorating,
Q. What should we do anyone going anywhere, within 100 miles of Rural Milton Keynes, next week.

Yes Gagakev, but due to extra interest, they have the originals in a field in the north of the town and a duplicate herd in the city center.

Reminds me off one wednesday evening about 20 years ago, sat at the table eating our evening meal with the kids,10 year old son pipes up and say's there's a cow in the garden,
It had escaped from the cattle market and we live over half a mile away from it :)
