Most of us seem to favour September 11th to18th ...........so those are the dates to work to for those that want to book.

See Dusty's post on page 475 of the Woosie thread ....mostly written in red script.

I shall be going quiet now for a few days as we are having to return from Spain early due to a family bereavement.

Sorry to hear the bad news Bill. Are you sure those dates are ok for you??
Anyway it's best we all get and get booked up now. I'll book mine next. :cheer:

I have just had a phone call from Bridge Villa (Andrew) and they were asking about numbers, etc and who were in the Woosie group, as the bookings were by surname and they couldn't tie us together. I have confirmed to them that there are 4 units coming from the group and what the surnames are. As a result were are being put into an area (on the main site) which has 4 pitches surrounded by a hedge, so we have our own enclave. :cheer:

They are classing us as a group booking, but unfortunately there is no discount for such. :(

Can't wait, it will probably be our first trip out in the van this year, but we have already had 2 non-van trips this year and probably have another 2 before going to Wallingford.

WC , thank form the info, I think he thought we were a bunch of beer swilling idiots or a Moriss dancers, well he almost got it right.
I have been the same as you last time out was Pickering, keep getting things happen, back panel repair , wifeys ill health, decorating, freinds home from overseas, the only chance I get to be out in the van is to bring it home to recharge the battery. New memory foam split mattress from Customize bedding , now fitted, and old one now up in the loft.

Gosh hadn't realised you two hadn't been out since September. We're glad to be away even if it is on a Caravan and camper van club site. I've had my say on the rebrand their forum. Hope I got the new name right.

Spoke to Lynne at Riverside Park Stratford. Booked in from 11.9 - 18.9 total cost £195.50. The dogs and porch awning wacked the cost up a bit!
She knows we are the Woosies
Sir WC
I too hadn't realised you've been starving yourself of breaks. :(
Your tyres will be square :woohoo:

Addendum
Email receipt just arrived from Bridge Villa :)

Just been looking at the Stratford Caravans web site, tourer rules and conditions, one of which is "No Wind Breaks", which seems a bit extreme? - How am I supposed to keep the wind off me & my BBQ? - and never mind the dog owners compounds some of you like? -
Oh hek!
