At my BILs care home they had a quiz this afternoon. One question was “ what shape is a Wombat’s” poo?
Unsurprisingly no one knew the answer, but it’s rectangular. Yet it’s exhaust system appears standard to all intents and purposes. Isn’t nature marvellous!

But I bet the extrusion system had a square/rectangular form at the outlet, not a round one capable of being manipulated to discharge square profile product. Just think if the plastic system could replicate the wombat it could potentially produce square, rectangular, triangular, crucifix, spherical or even cylindrical at the touch of a button. What a boost to a manufacturing productivity 😱
