I had a KR 200 20 years ago. Not as good as people think but fun. Sold it on, now worth 4x more. Alex Issigonis was the death knell for a fine array of microcars that sort to overtake the oily wet image of families on a bike with side car.
 
My wife family use to own one a Ford Consul like the one in the photo .

I am looking to buy a motorbike and sidecar just now, As Mrs H want to come to the pub with me on our lads JBBO , Jolly Boys Bike Outings. So we need the sidecar for Harry the dog.
I had a mate who took me to college in Mesherschmitt 3 wheeler. Great fun.
 
As I would have been a nipper,I was born 1965, my first car was made of planks of wood, not a Morgan, and old pram wheels! 😄
