Zig charger

Not having had this caravan for long, we are still learning the ropes. It has a zig charger with three positions on the switch. Car/Middle/Caravan. When connected and towing the car, could anyone advise which position it should be in as we assumed it was the middle position but when got to site, after couple of hours of use (green light showing), it changed to red and the battery status was into the red as well.

If your car has a grey 7 pin socket as well as a black one, and the caravan is connected to the grey socket, then the switch should be set to `car` on the mains board.

This will charge you van battery and run the fridge on 12 volts.

The middle position is `off` so no electrical current will go anywhere.
