I put the new pump in and no problem now. I think its bad form of Alde to put in a light use motor into a system that they say is the best for all year use. So it looks like a new pump every two years then at just under £100 a shot a tad expensive i think. Pete
Thanks guys, I have had a look inside the holding tank and it was clear. I placed some foam behind the tank and retightened the three screws that hold the tank onto the wall (two of them were not screwed to the wall) and this has made a remarkable diffence to the sound. I have bitten the bullet...
Lately the Alde circulation pump on my Buccaneer Clipper is getting louder (rumbling sound) and sometimes it sticks. A new one is going to cost between £85 to £105. Is there anyway that this could be fixed? There seems no way to get into the motor. Could it be that the bearings are on the way...

I wonder if anyone has had the same problem as me. In the last two days i`ve had two 240v 10 amp aldi glass fuses blow in the 240v heating switch. I`m a bit worried because the fuse holder is now warped with the heat. Any ideas? Regards Peter. PS. the heater is a 2000KW type.
Hi, I work for the C.C. and we dont mind pickups & vans on site, the only ones that will not be allowed on site are outfits bearing advertising matter on them. They will be asked to park in the carpark & not on the pitch. (vehicles that is).
Thanks Graham, I have tried to get into the back cover but it dos`nt seem to want to come off. I`m frightened of breaking it. I`ve emailed Thetford and i`m awaiting a reply. (not holding breath)
Is it possible to have the hot water off and the heating on in my 2011 Buccanneer clipper. ( I don`t want any water on in the van only the heating) Can`t find anything in the handbook. Many thanks in advance, Pete
