im thinking about buying one of those mclaren f1 thingys has anyone towed with one of these before and i have heard that the weight is about 2lb and 6oz is this right as it would be no good to tow my custom built ferrari 8 berth 45ft gold plated thingy. :0)

im making my post to highlight certain areas of caravaning that are so materialistic that it almost seams that the actual practice of caravaning is 2nd in the list and its just another way of people with alot of money to 'flex muscles' so to speak. if i had the money i would buy a nice big van...

frank: the two go hand in hand :- i think not - you are going on the assumption that everyone goes and compares tow cars and vans where as i go to ensure my family enjoys themselves and i couldnt care less if i was pitched next to Baron Von Klumpf the 2nd - aire to the throne of outer bavaria...

it finally stopped raining for me to have a look at my seals it seems to be coming in between the seal and the window where it compresses together. on looking at the set up of the seals it looks pretty straight forward (on mine anyway which is hinged at the top.) (1)you need to check what seals...

i am completely new to this caravan lark so please bare with me, with all the rain today my side front window seal has started leaking - could someone explain to me step by step how to replace the seal (it looks ok not brittle just not sealing fully at the top)or would it be possible to repair...
