    Which Caravan Magazine

Yes, Which Caravan magazine is now gone. It was taken over by Go Caravan. I thought that the Which Caravan magazine was excellent and should never have been replaced. I bought the Go Caravan magazine a few times but I didn't like it. Big mistake getting rid of Which Caravan.

    Geist

Hi I had a Geist Aktiv 560 a few years ago and I loved it. Very good quality and the fixed bunks could also take an adult's weight. Unfortunately I moved onto motorhomes and sold it but I now regret it since going back to caravanning as it was a great caravan and its hard to get another new...

twin dinette for 2 adults and 2 kids ,10 and 12

You could look at a Swift Charisma 540 or 565. The 540 can be used for eating at both ends and sleeping at both ends (5berth) or you could try the 565 which we have for our 3 kids and us which is the 3 bunk bed option along with dinette at back of van and the front as a double bed. Good luck.

Buying new, Pageant Bretagne or Charisma 565

Hi Kim I have recently bought a swift charisma 565 but we opted for the 2009 model brand new instead of the 2010 model as we didn't like the speckled basin or the push up windows in the roof at the back of the van/above kitchen. Great for the kids with the bunks along with a table for them to...

    swift charisma 540

Hi Martin I looked at the swift charisma 540 for me and my family. I was put off by folding the bunk out at the back as i would need to do it for the kids and if my paren'ts came away with us which I found to much to do but liked the layout apart from this. We ended up with another charisma...

    Kia Sportage

The Sportage XS just has more extras to it and also has a better horse power to it. I had a sportage XS and it had everything from dark windows at rear to heated front seats, etc.. I pulled a Geist Caravan at the time with it and it was fantastic. I miss my sportage as I traded it in when I...

    House Deeds & Storage

Hi My parents went thru the same thing. Our deeds did state that no caravans or commercial vehicles or trailers were allowed on the property or within the estate. They have moved their caravan now but not because of the neighbours comments but one of their neighbours still have theirs on their...

    AVONDALE VANS

We had an Avondale Dart 2002 and it was a good caravan. I felt it was a bit unstable towing compared to some vans but it was okay for the family. The only thing I would change about it is an L shape seating/table at the back of the van. Not practible for getting in and out of corners.
