Pale/Light Soft furnishings in New Caravans

I'm with Trisha on this one. Looking to change van next year and the upholstery colour is the first thing I look at. If it's too pale I look no further and move on to the next one. Why can't manufacturers give at least a couple of colour options eg same pattern but in 2 colour ways? Oh well...

    metered or fixed price electricity

Lucky you Steve! My electricity bill for 3 bed semi with 4 adults is £300 per quarter!!!! You are getting off light!!! I'm sure the bill will go down when the teenagers leave home but in this current financial and house price climate I'm not holding my breath!! Best regards

    metered or fixed price electricity

This doesn't add up You paid £8 for a weeks electricity via a prepaid card, but if site had EHU even at £2 per day that would have been £6 more, so am I missing your point????

    'O' grill

Hello Saw one of these at a show yesterday and liked the look of it along with its own table, but it seemed quite heavy at 7.5kg. I have exterior gas point. I need convincing one way or the other!!! Anyone got any experience of these, all comments gratefully received, thanks Sue

    Snaking!!!

Horse trailers can not be included in this subject as most are twin axle, made of nothing and weigh very little. They do not have all the heavy mod cons fitted in caravans. Good luck sorting this problem, happened to me only once with caravan and it was pretty scary

    Broken locker handle

Hi Lisa I also have Abbey it's GTS Vogue 2004, it has the handles with the wooden centre. I find these not very strong, especially in the low lockers where they can be kicked, so mine broke too!! I went to my local Swift group dealer where you can buy the replacements. I decided to replace...

    Twin Axle motor mover

Hi littlebasher! We paid £1000 for our single axle Reich mover 4 years ago,new fitted at dealer. I am led to believe that a twin axle one costs around £1700, (as I have looked to upgrade to twin axle Bessacar) or am I misinformed. That said just go for it, if you can, it's one of the best...
