13 pin electrics (yet again)

Could someone please tell me what pins supply the fridge and battery charging on the 13 pin system..

This is what I received from Kelly at Bailey Helpdesk:

"Pin 9 should provide a permanent live supply from car to caravan whilst the ignition is off and also a live supply to the ATC. Pin 10 provides an ignition controlled supply for both fridge and caravan battery charge."

I have just had a towbar fitted to my new Sorento, but when I connected up, I had no indicators and no charge to the battery, at least the volt meter I connected showed no increase in battery voltage when the engine was started. The battery should be quite low as I have used the mover 3 or 4 times without connecting to the mains.i can now put an AVO meter on the 13 pin plug and see what is going on before I take it back.
