1991 Hymermobile Eriba Puck Nova 680

My friend has just bought one of the above in very good condition. However it has come with no instructions etc and the heating and hot water system is a bit of a mystery to us. If anyone can tell me how it works it would be a great help.

The caravan also has a broken latch for keeping the caravan door open and also the front gas locker. Does anyone know where to source spare parts for this old van?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Having more information on the heating and hot water system would help a lot.

Without that information ther is not a lot which can be said, as it would be a total shot in the dark.

Yes apologies. This caravan is a large twin axle which has foxed us a little.

The caravan has an inboard water tank in the toilet which has pipes (red and clear, assume hot and cold) which run to a black box? under the nearside rear seat. Also running into and out of this box is tubing from the fire which will be the blown air heating we assume.

There are electrical cables coming out of the box with a leisure battery connected up to this, however there are a couple of cables with connecters not spare which makes us wonder if there is something missing.

I have never seen anything like it as it doesnt have the normal gas and electric hot water boiler. This black box would appear on the face of it to do the job. How is the question?
