1997 Bailey Ranger 470/4

Hi All

I have found a 1997 Bailey Ranger 470/4 for sale near me and wondered what you all thought of this van. I have bben once to look it over but I did not have my damp meter with me so I may go back. I am pretty sure ther is no damp but better safe than sorry!

What should I be looking out for with this model? and what would the approx value be considering it's in very good condition with very little wear and tear and a full service history up to 2 years ago.

Update On Ranger

Does anyone out there have a 1997 Bailey Ranger 470/4? and what should I look out for when viewing it again. I am a novice at caravanning but have read all the horror stories about delamination of floors. There is a small ( approx 1 foot square) patch between the front bench seats under the table that creaks slightly and feels different to the rest of the floor. is this delamination? how much should I get knocked off the price? and can it be fixed?

Does anybody have a rough idea of the approx value of this van?
