2005 Lunar Lexon 640 dc fuse board / wiring diagra

Hi Folks,

This Lunar lexon 640 is our first caravan and we are very pleased with it except for the electrics. The main Lunar web site does not hold a wiring diagram or manual for this now rather old model. Any advice on how to get one would be most welcome.

The specific problem I now have is with the 14 way dc fuse board. It looks like it has a number of relays soldered to the back of it and it would seem from testing that the one controlling power to the fridge is faulty. There is no voltage on either side of the fuse 4 or fuse 5 . Everything else on the dc side is fine with volts on both sides of each fuse and everything works except the dc supply to the fridge and the stove ignitor.

SO ideally I need a new dc control board.

I am just finding out that getting this type of electrical spare is very difficult and any help would be appreciated.

Discovered that most of the electrical stuff in this van is BCA and that the control board number is 147MD. Now ordered one so that's one of the problems resolved.

Now only need a manual and wiring diagram.
