2009 Swift Challenger advice please

hi looks like we are getting a swift challenger 620 due to problems with the new van we picked up weds, that was a freestyle 620, any advice good points or bad , all help appreciated, regards Terry

swift caravans are usually very good, its where you buy it thats the problem,

where are you based

and how near the dealer is to you, some dealers trying to be too clever offering unbelievable warranties

but not telling you that you have to do all the running around

and paying the excess on the policy

hi Paul we are in Nottingham, Lowdham caravans are our dealer 4 miles from our home, but they take the caravan to site and have agreed to fetch it for service,no extra cost.....for the 1st year but they are also going to store it over the winter and return to our site at ingoldmells, had a problem with the 1st van being a freestyle so they are upgrading us as no more freestyles are being made, Mark at Lowdham has done fantastic for us and if all comes good what more can we ask for, warranties are good but i believe sometimes if it gets you what you want its sometimes worth helping your dealer and running around a little, this is about working together to reach a solution so far so good, regards Terry
