The caravan had a Service got a message on my mobile the Control Panel is useless will not come on
So he took it out it was covered in spiders, dust, dog hairs , so he gave it a good clean
He went to ring someone it was out of stock it comes from italy as he taking it back he drop it and the funny story is when he put it back in hey presto! it was working

More than likely a connector problem and during its removal the crud was moved to allow a proper connection.

Just like the 7 &13 pin sockets its the contact wiping action of insertion or removal that improves the electrical contacts

Hi Ray The caravan dealer said with it coming from Italy & Vat fitting included i thought was reasonable
