Ace Supreme, a few repairs needed...

Afternoon all, we have just got ourselves a new van, it's a 2004 Ace Supreme Sunstar, overall we are very happy with the van but it does need a few minor repairs and I could do with some advice.

Firstly, the 'wallpaper' has come adrift on a few edges.

So, what would be the best glue to use on this.

Next, the toilet door lock is temperamental and it 'goes the wrong way' if that makes sense, I've had it apart and the cam plate inside is broken so it's been bodged to work but now works backwards.

Anybody know where I can get a replacement? I've tried ebay but can't find anything.

That's about it for now, I'm sure there will be more in the future...lol

Rog.

Wallpaper edge glue from any decorators supplies should stick the edges of the wallpaper down Roger.
A caravan breakers might have a used door lock, Click Here or Google caravan breakers for a supplier of used parts near to your location.
Most do mail order.

To stick down the fablon wall covering I would use Uhu clear glue. I've used it successfully in my own van. Ebay price is £2.80 for 60ml tube but see if you can guess the price in Poundland shops.... 😱hmy:

A PVA glue will also work - take care to smooth the veneer 'paper' back with a cloth as it is very thin and easily torn
